I looked at the breath and i had a feeling it is the air in it that is me, but looking more closely, i have a cognition it isn't just that.

I put the breath inside me just now so i will understand it more and i realized that me the breath, is not the air, nor it is the person breathing but there is something there directing its movement, and who that is must be me. I just want to put this up for some of your cognitions that will clear this subject.

This is the core beingness of me as all, so without clearing this up, it will be a confused beingness i will be working on.

I have a cognition that this is the life essence that is present everywhere.

Please reply .

June – have a look at the words: I am breath

As you read these words, take a breath – who is here as you breathe?

You are here, I am here, thus, you are living the words I am breath because you are here breathing: I am breathing.

Therefore June – answer this question for you: Who is breath and who is breathing? Herein you will ‘find the answer’ to the question you ask.

Thanks Sunette.

The answer i get is "I" am the one breathing. But who is the "i"?

Before i saw this reply i had a cognition that the breath is neither me the one directing the breath, nor the air that i breath
but all of it because i am me as all.

June "as me as you as all"
